Yes, it is inclusive of GST.
The advertised rental price includes a basic clean of the office on a weekly basis. The clean will be wiping glass and vacuuming floors etc.
The internet is WiFi and there are 2 ethernet ports in each office, for hard wired internet connectivity.
Our advertised price is inclusive of furniture and no further discount will be applied due to bringing in your own personal furniture. We will store the furniture (at our cost) allocated to your office, that won’t be of use to you.
We will apply a 15% discount for a rental of 12 months or longer.
The hourly rate for external boardroom use is $65 per hour. Tenants who have a signed contract with Fraser HQ will receive 35% off this cost, leaving the total cost at $45.50 per hour.
Prints and copies will be billed monthly on a cost per print basis.

- Colour Printing (per sheet printed): $0.50 AUD
Signage can only be placed in the box allocated on the door.
